The Met Gala: Celebs pay tribute through fashion

Music artists, Rihanna and her significant other, A$AP Rocky, attended the Gala together. Rihanna was dressed in a Balenciaga black overcoat with extravagant jewelry. She also wore a matching black hat from Stephen Jones Millinery to complete the look. Rocky wore a cape-like quilt by Eli Russell Linnetz. Rihanna’s dazzling outfit was definitely a statement piece; I loved it personally. However, A$AP Rocky’s was quite tacky. His look was very different from normal outfits which is a positive, but I don’t think this was the best outfit. The reasoning behind this would be the color differences and it could be considered as somewhat of an eyesore. I would wear Rihanna’s outfit and tear Rocky’s.
