“At school, I’m involved with DECA and it’s definitely weird doing group meetings [and] not being able to see everyone in person, but they’re making it work with very little to work with […]. I am a volunteer coordinator at my church, GCBCR, and we volunteer at Goochland Cares: They help people afford clothes, furniture, and food. I just started teaching a class for kids in China who want to learn English, so that’s also pretty cool […]. My current jobs are [a] warehouse worker at THE SHED, and [a] waiter at Tay-Ho […].  I definitely want to go back next semester; it’s going to be really cool to see how the pandemic changed everyone.”
